Stephen Orr began his postsecondary education at the University of Texas in Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts. After graduating from this institution in 1967, Mr. Orr went on to study law at the University of Texas School of Law. He graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1970. Shortly after graduating with this degree, Mr. Orr applied for a license to practice law in the state of Texas, where he has maintained licensure ever since.
